These terms govern your use of Miorve, including the Studio membership.
Miorve provides a personal planning app for capturing ideas, shaping drafts, and setting the week. It is not a publishing or analytics service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.
Studio is a paid recurring subscription. Billing and subscription management are processed via Stripe. Your membership status is shown inside the app based on Stripe events.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will review the charge. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, or interfere with the security or availability of the platform.
You retain ownership of the content you store. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service.
Our privacy policy explains how we process personal data. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read it.
We may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused or if continued operation would create risk to the platform or other users.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
