This policy explains how Miorve handles personal data when you browse the website, create an account, and use the Studio.

At a glance
We do not sell personal data.
We do not use advertising cookies.
Your workspace content is stored so the product works: ideas → drafts → planner.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
1. Data controller

2. What we process

We process the data needed to run the product loop:

Account data (email address, authentication identifiers, session tokens).
Workspace content (ideas, drafts, planner items, and related metadata).
Subscription and billing metadata (Stripe customer/subscription IDs, subscription status, invoices where applicable).
Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, basic logs needed for security and reliability).
3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

Provide the service, including authentication and saving your workspace content (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Manage subscriptions and billing, including showing membership status in the app (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Security and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting) where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Service providers (processors)

We use trusted providers to run Miorve:

Supabase (authentication and database hosting). Your workspace content is stored in a Supabase-hosted Postgres database.
Stripe (payments and subscription management). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
5. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies required to operate login sessions and keep the Studio secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Retention

We keep personal data as long as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account. Some data may be retained longer where required by law (e.g. invoices and accounting records).

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No internet service can be guaranteed fully secure, but we treat security as a core product requirement.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise your rights by contacting support@miorve.com.

10. Supervisory authority
